The investor's job order was to design an apartment hotel with studios to sell and rent. In the limited market, his desire was for this building to have something more than the others around. That is why we created studios with private yards with pedestrian zones along them and terraces. Our goal was for each studio to have its own area, like small houses. The terrain allowed us to realize our idea. The façade solution is with plaster, glass railings and wall-hung shades of HPL panels.
