The reconstruction and modernization of this unique, architecture-wise complex was a creative task to be dreamed of. Our idea was to bring the building back to the original architecture, and to remove the DIY and home-brew mistakes accumulated during its exploitation. Removing the solid railings and solving them in a modern tracery railing that reveals the view of the sea was our sole serious interference. We divided the volumes of the hotel zone and the public one, highlighting the main entrance with an attractive visor. The materials are stone and façade plaster as well as the restored copper sheeting.
